Protocols

  • Trim Cows

    • Scan all cows to phone/scanner

    • Write Lame cows #'s on paper

  • Turn in paper, scanner, phone to offices when finished.

  • Sync #’s on phone when on wifi

  • Med Cows - Circle Eyes

  • Injury Cows- Mark down injury leg

  • Beef Cows- B on head and both sides of hips, put on scanner suggested beef, Text Jayden at the end of the day the # of cow and what was wrong with her.

EVERYDAY

  • Show up Clean {see attached list}

  • Grab Scanner and phone (Phone is in main office, scanner is in a separate supply room)

  • Turn on Chute

  • Prepare Supplies, Tools, Equipment

  • Trim Cows

  • Clean Area, Tools, Equipment

  • Put away Tools, Equipment

  • Inspect Chutes for any issues, write down any issues-send to Jayden {see attached list}

  • Take picture of paper, write down #’s for the day in notes

  • Turn in paper, scanner, phone into office. (Check if wifi is connected, Sync data, plug in phone to charger in main office, plug in scanner to charger in separate supply room)

  • Clean vehicle

  • Dry Cows - Skyline 1

  • Pull cows from big holding pen next to Chute Area

 

Wednesday

  • Dry Cows - Barn 3

  • Pull cows from big holding pen next to Chute Area

 

Thursday

  • Dry Cows - Barn 2

  • Pull cows from big holding pen next to Chute Area

 

Friday

  • Dry Cows - Whatever cows are left

  • Pull cows from big holding pen next to Chute Area

 

 

Dry Cow Area

  • Load Max of 6 cows at a time

  • Holding Pens (Max 60)
